There is no mandatory training required for obtaining PgMP® credential. However, looking at the vast nature of the subject and complexity of the evaluation process and the higher credential fee, we would suggest you to go for a formal boot camp where a systematic walkthrough of the Program Management Standard, discussion on the application aspects, the role of the Program Manager, the tasks he/she should perform and the knowledge/skill requirements will be discussed in length.
Progressive Ventures offers this workshop once per quarter through a public mode.

The following are recommended resources one can start with. Based on the confidence as needed you can go for extended additional references :
      • PMI’s Standard for Program Management – Second edition
      • PMI’s Specification for PgMP®
      • The training provider will provide additional course workbook as part of the boot camp
Limited mock questions are available in some websites. But they are not representative. Take caution while trusting on them to assess your readiness to face the examination
The market resources at this moment neither are nor well matured. The aspirants should review them before taking the decision to buy.
